SharePoint RichText Boost provides an additional toolbar for SharePoint RichText Boost. With it, you can:
- Increase/decrease the size of SharePoint RichText area;
- Upload and insert images/flash as specified without inputting a full URL;
- Upload files and insert them as hyperlinks without inputting a full URL.
A typical sample of SharePoint RichText Boost application is as following:
Increase/decrease the size of SharePoint RichText area.
In default SharePoint RichText editor, the editor box is too small to edit contents.

Click the button

to make the editor area bigger than the original size so that all contents can be displayed when you edit.

Insert images more easily with SharePoint RichText Boost.
Click the buttion
, and the "Insert attached image" dialog will pop up:

Click the button
, and select an image from your computer. Click "Upload", so that the image can be uploaded to the server as an attachment to the item. Then the image name displays in the "select image" box. Next, specify the image width and height, or you can select check box "Keep original size" to keep original size of the image.

Click OK, and the picture will be inserted into the RichText editor as specific size.

Insert flash more easily with SharePoint RichText Boost.
Click the button
, and the "Insert attached flash" dialog will pop up:

Click the button
, and select a flash from your computer. Click "Upload" so that the flash can be uploaded to the server as an attachment to the item. Then the flash name displays in the "select flash" box. Next, specify the flash width and height, or you can select check box "Keep original size" to keep original size of the flash.

Finally, click OK to save the item you edit.
In the display form, the picture and flash you inserted will be displayed as following:
