• Payment through PayPal is the fastest way of being able to place an order of our products.
• After payment has been completed, you will receive a notification from PayPal detailing your purchase.
• Upon successful payment we will also receive a notification from PayPal and will then send you an email requesting for Site Collection ID to generate your license code.
• After we have received Site Collection ID which you sent to sales@sharepointboost.com, we will send license code to you within 1 business day. You can learn how to find Site Collection ID from license management by referring to: http://www.sharepointboost.com/batchpermissioninstallation.html.

• If you DO NOT want to pay via PayPal you can contact us and we will provide you our bank information for transfer.
• Then go to your Bank to organize a Bank Transfer to deposit the required funds into our account.
• After we have received your Funds by Bank Transfer in full and CLEARED by our Bank, we will send you an email to confirm the order and will request for Site Collection ID at the same time.
• After we have received Site Collection ID which you sent to sales@sharepointboost.com, we will send license code to you within 1 business day. You can learn how to find Site Collection ID from license management by referring to: http://www.sharepointboost.com/batchpermissioninstallation.html.

Note: Bank Transfer should be FULL AMOUNTS IN USD, HKD, JPY, or EUR. You should choose and specify one currency to pay in your email when you contact us. If the currency is not specified by you, we will take USD as default currency for payment.

You are responsible to pay for additional Bank Transfer Fees

• One Site Collection License can only be applied to ONE Site Collection. Reassignment of license to other site collections is not allowed. More than one license can be assigned to one site collection.
• End user is one who is authorized to access SharePoint site contents. The price of each Site Collection License is based on end users’ amount on corresponding Site Collection. The total amount of permitted end-user on one site collection is the SUM of license-permitted users’ amounts.
• If end users’ amount on the site collection exceeds license-permitted end-users’ amount, original functions and settings of the software will NOT be influenced until you want to change the original settings including addition, deletion, or modification of configuration part of the software. The software is still running but if you want to change original settings, new license is needed.
• If you have multi Site Collections and want to purchase multi Site Collection Licenses of the software, please contact us and specify how many Site Collections you have and how many end users are on every Site Collection in your email.
